Typically, we serve our clients in two ways. A, comprehensive co-operation. We serve as our clients' off-shore business office, assisting them to develop business opportunities in Mainland China in a comprehensive way. B, business co-operation in specific scopes. We assist our clients on a transaction by transaction (or project by project) basis according to their requirements. The service term can be from several months to several years long. 5. How much do you charge for your services?
Every client may be different and has different requirements in different stages of business development. We charge service fees according to the specific services that we offer to our clients. We will discuss a co-operation agreement with our clients stipulating the services and charges (normally, we will give free services to clients in the initial stage of bilateral co-operation). Typically, under the style of comprehensive co-operation (acting off-shore business office in China), we collect our service fee on a month by month basis after serving our clients, while under the style of business co-operation in specific scopes, we collect our service fee on a commission basis for business transactions (decided by the business volume), and a pre-agreed amount for specific business projects. 7. How do you differ from ordinary trading companies?
We differ from ordinary trading companies mainly in the following ways: (1) We act as our clients' off-shore business office and help them develop business opportunities in Mainland China in a comprehensive way, far more than just product sourcing. (2) In terms of product sourcing/procurement, we work on our clients' behalf according to their requirements instead of trading at the opposite side with the clients. Our clients are always the controller and decision-makers on deals with the product suppliers and we are the facilitator and helper.
